RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift certificates.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European union: 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll let you know as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund.
