ReveCork Multi-Surface is an ecological, vapor-permeable and energy-saving cork mortar based on evaporated natural cork particles, aerogel and elastic, breathable and waterproof emulsions. It is waterproof, moisture regulating and mold resistant. It provides thermal insulation by minimizing heat loss in winter and heat absorption in summer. It also improves acoustics by reducing unwanted echoes, reverberation, reflections and background noise. It is fire retardant and highly elastic so it handles movements such as shrinkage and expansion effortlessly. It adheres to all building materials and resists scratches and dents.
All products are handmade in Andalusia and are ready for shipment within 10 business days.
ReveCork Multi-Surface has an extra high adhesion and is therefore very suitable for smooth surfaces such as metal, glass, PVC, tiles, etc….
Application on bitumen roofing:
Clean the surface with a high-pressure cleaner using at least 150 bar.
Apply primer: FijaExtrem Fixative 200.
If the edges of the roof are finished with other material, such as aluminum, apply mesh of 60 g/m2 or similar in those areas.
Finish:
Apply ReveCork Multi-Surface in two coats airless, or in three coats with a foam roller (a stucco/finish paste roller), with a total consumption of 1.2 kg/m².
The system can be completely finished with ZeramicExtrem ZR-5000 Thermal Covers with a consumption of 0.35 kg/m².
Application on PVC roofing:
Clean the substrate with a high-pressure cleaner using at least 150 bar.
Apply primer: FijaExtrem Fixative PU with a consumption of 0.050 liters/m².
Finish:
Apply ReveCork Multi-Surface in two coats airless, or three coats with a foam roller (a stucco/finish paste roller), with a total consumption of 1.2 kg/m².
The system can be completely finished with ZeramicExtrem ZR-5000 with a consumption of 0.35 kilograms/m² in two coats airless, or three coats by roller.
Apply to metal roofing:
Clean the substrate with a high-pressure cleaner using at least 150 bar.
Apply to all screws, gutters, etc.. ReveCork Gutters with a brush and with a consumption of 2 kilos/m².
Finish:
Apply ReveCork Multi-Surface in two coats airless, or three coats with a foam roller (a stucco/finish paste roller), with a total consumption of 1 kilo/m².
The system can be completely finished with ZeramicExtrem ZR-5000 with a consumption of 0.3 kilos/m² in two coats airless, or three coats by roller.
Apply to porous floors:
Clean the substrate with a high-pressure cleaner using at least 150 bar.
Apply primer with a roller: FijaExtrem Fixative 200 with a consumption of 0.12 liters/m².
Apply reinforcement mesh of 60 g/m2 or similar.
Finish:
Apply ReveCork Multi-Surface in two coats airless, or in three coats with a foam roller (first two coats with a stucco/finish paste roller, the third coat with a short-haired coat roller), with a total consumption between 1.5 and 2 kilos/m².
Apply to non-porous floors, such as tiles:
Clean the substrate with a high-pressure cleaner using at least 150 bar.
Apply primer: FijaExtrem Fixative PU with a consumption of 0.050 liters/m².
Apply reinforcement mesh of 60 g/m2 or similar.
Finish:
Apply ReveCork Multi-Surface in two coats airless, or in three coats with a foam roller (first two coats with a stucco paste/stucco finish roller, the third coat with a short-haired coat roller), with a total consumption of 1.5 kilos/m².
