This water-based primer is applied to surfaces so that cork mortar or ceramic paints are evenly absorbed. It is super breathable, but still adheres well. It is especially good for surfaces with pre-existing moisture problems or saltpeter. It also prevents new moisture problems. You can apply it with a brush, roller or sprayer.
