SENDING POLICY
Processing time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Production Time: All products are handmade in Andalusia and are ready for shipment within 10 working days.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping to the Netherlands
Shipping Rate: We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders within Europe. Shipping fee: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
Delivery time: orders within Europe usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Please note that this is in addition to the production time of 10 days.
Shipping Methods
We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Shipping and tracking of your order
Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Order Status: You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account in our web shop.
Shipping restrictions
PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Weather delays: Shipping times may be affected by extreme weather conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Customs, import duties and taxes
VAT: VAT is included in the price of our products for customers within the European Union.
Damage and problems
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hallo@stucenmetkurk.nl with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will correct the problem as soon as possible.
